One of the most powerful exercises I did, when I was a few months into my business, was to create my ‘mission statement’…
By this I mean a complete multi page document that outlines everything about my business. The clarity it gave me was huge. It paved the way for everything that came after. It definitely put me on the right track and played a huge part in getting my business to where it is today.
In fact, I still refer back to it today and I’ve taken hundreds of clients through this same exercise, from those just starting out to people pivoting or scaling.
When I ask people what they need more of, so many of them say CLARITY.
