Being able to articulate who you help and, crucially, what you help them to achieve is a must in your business.

TIP: Focus on the WHAT. Always always sell the outcome. the more specific it is, the better.

SPECIFIC - e.g. more clients.
MEASURABLE - e.g. in 30 days.
INCREDIBLE THEY WANT - e.g. a clear priority.
A REAL OUTCOME - e.g. an actual result.
This is one of the most important exercises you’ll ever do as a business owner.Getting clarity on the outcome you provide is often the biggest sticking point most people have in their business. Speaking in coach-speak, using platitudes, or communicating in the same way as everyone else won’t enable you to stand out and stand tall. Your people need to know the specific outcome you help them to create.
